Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation and Returns:
-Customers have the right to cancel their order within 7 days from the date of purchase.

-If the order is cancelled within the specified 7-day period, a refund will be issued, minus a 3% restocking fee based on the purchased price, which will be retained by the company.
Refunds for Damaged Products:
If your item(s) arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
To report the damage, please contact our customer support team or send an email to (Shewillcraft@outlook.com) with your order details and photos of the damaged item(s).
We will assess the situation and provide you with a refund or a replacement product, depending on the availability of stock. Refunds for damaged products will be processed within 7 days after confirmation of the damage.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that customized items are non-returnable, as they are specifically tailored to your preferences and cannot be resold.
Return Process:

Once we have received your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product, if applicable.
The returned item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Refund Process:
